CRANIAL OSTEOPATHY

What is Cranial Osteopathy?

Cranial Osteopathy is a specialized branch of osteopathy that focuses on the bones of your skull and the membranes surrounding your brain. It is a holistic approach that aims to enhance your body’s natural healing processes by addressing the dysfunction of the craniosacral system.

Cranial Osteopathy is a gentle, non-invasive approach that involves the use of specific techniques to improve the functioning of your craniosacral system. These techniques include the following:

1. Soft tissue release: This involves the application of gentle pressure on various parts of your body to release tension and improve the flow of your cerebrospinal fluid.

3. Energy balancing: This technique involves the application of gentle touch to help balance your body’s energy fields, which can promote healing and enhance your overall well-being.

5. Passive and active movement: This involves the use of gentle movements to help clients become more aware of their body’s movements and to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.

Q – When is your next batch scheduled for Cranial Osteopathy?

A – Cranial Osteopathy is an individualized treatment that is given to one person at a time in one to one session only. So, if you want to have a session, you need to book an appointment for the same. For example, if a husband and a wife both want to have a session, separate appointments are required to be booked for each individual.

Q – How long is the duration of one session?

A – One session of Cranial Osteopathy typically lasts for about 45 min to 1 hour.

Q – How many sessions do I need to have?

A – It depends. If you are enjoying good health, and just want to take Osteopathy Sessions to get more relaxed, well balanced boy and a calm mind, you can have a session just once in every 3 to 6 months. However, if you are having any health issues – be it physical, psychological or lack of proper energy level throughout the day, sleep less ness, then you might need to take 5 to 10 sessions.

Q – Will I be able to drive or go back to my work after the session?

A – Yes! You can drive or go back to work immediately after the session.

Q – This sounds interesting. However, I am staying out of Ahmedabad. Can you conduct a session for me online?

A – Sorry! Cranial Osteopathy is given one on one physically only. We release the tension in your fascia and bring back the rhythmic motion of your brain (CRI). For that to happen, you need to be present physically in our clinic.
